Men’s Health Awareness Checklist*

Ages: 20-45

  • Annual Physical
  • Testicular Cancer Self-Exam
  • Colon Cancer Screening (age 45)
  • Prostate Cancer Screening
    (starting at age 45 if there’s a history of prostate cancer in your family or if you’re an African American male)

Ages: 46-60

  • Annual Physical
  • Testicular Cancer Self-Exam
  • Colon Cancer Screening
  • Check for Erectile Dysfunction
  • Prostate Cancer Screening
    (starting at age 45 if there’s a history of prostate cancer in your family or if you’re an African American male)

Ages: 61+

  • Annual Physical
  • Colon Cancer Screening (until 75)
  • Check for Urinary Symptoms
  • Prostate Cancer Screening
    (starting at age 45 if there’s a history of prostate cancer in your family or if you’re an African American male)

Registration is open for the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk to be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Diversey Harbor, 2601 N Cannon Dr., Chicago, IL 60614. This year’s Zero Run/Walk features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, survivor and caregiver recognition, and kids dash.
